LOGIPAC 2010 Machine is designed to give upto 200ppm to match one line or double-line with 6 or 7cavity stamper. Two machines when linked to this stamper will give an optimum output with minimum space requirement.

Smart Conveyor of the machine is a synchronizing conveyor system (using servo drive) to position randomly coming products and equi page them for entry on the infeed chain conveyor of the main machine. Wrapper is fed through positive feed pull rollers to relieve pull pressure from the bottom sealers for high speed operation. For high speed, accurate print registration- servo drive is used for wrapper pull length and side seal cutters. This enables us to set the cut lengths and time the unit through menu based HMI. For missing tablets wrapper will not be wasted. Tube forming of pack will be similar to the time tested principles used by Khosla.
