- Automatic, vertical form, fill and seal machine, designed for processing heat sealable laminates / LDPE/LLDPE films.

- Packaging material pulled (intermittent) by friction surface of ‘timing belts’ made of natural rubber through a servo motor for precise cycle operation of the draw down. Belt pressure is pneumatically adjustable.
- Horizontal Jaw drive is pneumatically operated.
- Ease of operation. User friendly interface.
- Setting and adjustment for bag length through operator interface.
- Automatic film tracking control to ensure that the film is maintained at the center of the collar, thereby ensuring uniform vertical seal without silver lineing.
- The speed of machine is 35 PPM to 60 PPM for 500 gm pack (depending on material characteristic.
- Nominal speed of the machine (dry cycle)-90 cycle per minute.
