Khosla Machines was setup in 1983 at Mohali, a satellite of Chandigarh, India. We are an established packaging machinery manufacturer having rich experience in primary, secondary & tertiary packaging solutions. We manufacture over wrap, flow wrap, bandling, bundling, and powder packing machinery. Khosla has state of art infrastructure with workshop space of 70,000 square feet at three different locations.

Khosla is recognized world over as manufacturers and exporters of good soap packaging machines. We have a highly-qualified workforce for providing complete solutions to the packaging industry. Our current range comprises machines for the following products: detergent bar, detergent powder, toilet soap, laundry bar, long bar, washing cake and powder.

Our prestigious customers include Reckitt Benckiser, Wipro, ITC, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever Group, PZ Cusson, Nirma, Patanjali and many more. We have more than thirty three years of experience in selling machines with our satisfied client’s based across Europe, America , Middle East , Africa and other Asian countries .

Who Are We

Khosla Machines has earned the reputation for offering customized solutions to its valued customers through engineering excellence for maximum productivity, profitability and speeds. Khosla Machines have received commendations from its satisfied customers for delivering cost-effective solutions to many challenging packaging needs.

We are specialized in wrapping machines, form fill seal machines, banding machines and bundling machines for soaps, biscuits and paper packing. We have also started manufacturing vertical form fill seal machines with a wide range of fillers, both volumetric and load cell based weighers, all built in house together with its modular baggers/jar indexer.

Our machines are used for wrapping food products like biscuits, cookies, chocolate bars, cereal bars, nutraceutical / snack bars, noodle , cakes and such other food products. Our flow wrappers have also been adopted to handle some non food personal care products like soap bars / detergent cakes, hygiene and sanitary products as well as mosquito repellant coils, pads, electrical switches, pharma strips in thick aluminium etc.

Certification

We have been recognized by Ministry of Science & Technology Government of India for the immense research and development work undertaken by Khosla. We are certified company holding 23 no. of patents for our unique applications and many new patents are awaited.

Quality

We maintain stringent quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process. We ensure that every machine manufactured is of the highest quality and delivers optimum performance for years to come. Here machines are manufactured in accordance with the guidelines laid in the industry to attain highest benchmarks of quality. The raw materials used in the manufacturing process are sourced from the most reliable vendors of the industry like Allen Bradley, Siemens, Habasit, Festo, Omron, and Schneider etc.

This is achieved by several QC measures:

Inspection of machinery parts by our inspection department includes comparison with drawings, surface finish, correct tolerances, hardness, gauges for bores and custom made templates
CNC machining of critical components
Each part is laser marked for identification
Sub assembly-wise inspection.
Extensive pre dispatch trials of the machines are carried out to ensure quick integration at the customer's plant.
